Alpha Lubricator
Alpha Lub with Alpha ACC is the state of the art in cylinder oil dosage. A modern tool to control the CLO feed rate.
The Alpha Lub system is an obvious choice on new buildings and as a retrofit on large bore engines, as the reduced CLO feed rate leads to very short payback times. When it comes to retrofit on small bore engines, the slightly longer payback time is often backed up by arguments like e.g. precise and accurate dosing, easy adaptation to a new operating condition etc.
The CLO dosage is adjusted by the touch of a button enabling a fast adaptation to a new operating condition.
Further the Alpha Lub system is dosing the CLO according to the actual power output of the engine, meaning that to CLO dosage is optimized over the total range of operation.
Alpha Lub Light is a cost down version. The redundancy is left out (only one computer one HY. Pump etc.) maintaining the original system as back up.
